"Only disappointment was change in price quoted and advertised on-line which cost me $50 more. Out the door should be out the door. If registration fees changed and you dodn't change your 'out the door' price, shame on you not the buyer. Everything else was 5 STAR and Tom is the best! "12 years ago my wife wrecked my '94 Wide Glide. She was learning to ride and ran into some trees...took the whole left side of the bike off! I ride everyday and was having a fit that I would be without my bike. My wife new I was upset. She called Fletcher's, named the parts, including a new tank, that I need to put my bike back together. Within 24 hours they had all my parts and even found someone to paint the tank. I had my bike back together and on the road in 5 days! I have never had service like that and I've been riding and working on Harley's for almost 40 years!
When it came time to buy a new bike I didn't think of going anywhere but Fletcher's. I bought an '07 Screamin' Eagle Softail Springer from Scott...he knows his shit & gave me a great deal. When it came time to buy my wife a new bike, '08 1200 Custom, I went straight to Scott at Fletcher's. It was going to be a surprise for Christmas, Scott helped me pull it off! Thanks to everyone at Fletcher's!

"I was vacationing in Cleawater in summer of 2007, I came across an HD desk lamp in your store. I don't know why but I didn't make the purchase. I returned to your store in Feb. 08 while I was in Daytona for the 500. The lamp was gone, someone had bought it. I talked with Patti about it, she said she could possibly find one. I left my name and number, sure enough, Patti called me in May and said she had the lamp. I sent a check and the lamp is mine! Great customer srvice! Thanks! "My very first motorcycle. Wanted once since I was 14.
I took the MSF course in June '06 and passed with near perfect score. Was considering a metric cruider until I saw a picture of a black '07 XL 50. I went to 3 dealers counting yours, one in Lakeland. You had the only black model coming in and JT put my name on it (with my hefty down payment). I added chrome forward controls right off the bat. Have since added the detachable windshield and sissybar, X2 hand grips, BatteryTender Jr, Vance & Hines Shorty Staggered pipes, Vance and Hine fuel pack, and a high flow air cleaner. All instalation work was done by your service dept. I personally added the black engine guard from the Nightster collection. Your customer attention is second to none. Your work has, in my estimation, been reasonbly priced and very well done. It is always done in the estimated time. God, I love this bike!!! With a little less than 5,000 miles under my butt, I'm already dreaming of adding a tourer for the longer treks - like to western New York for my family reunion. The Sporty XL 50 is a keeper!!! Try to wipe the smile off my face.

You don't normally find any business' that provide the level of service, people, and all around enviroment that make you feel like a friend right from the start. Just walking in we were greeted and it went up from there.
The sales group was great and made The other Bay Area Dealer pale. Fletcher's met & BEAT The other Bay Area Dealer.
The other Bay Area Dealer was given multiple opportunites to work on a deal... not even an offer
The other Bay Area Dealer would take a deposit on the bike we wanted but would only hold it 48 hours while we tried to sell our "Wing". FLETCHER'S didn't even flinch at the request... worked on a deal that beat The other Bay Area Dealer... took the deposit... See I was very excited about going on a coastal ride up to the pan handle of Florida for the long Memorial Day weekend.
